A.The person excluded or ejected may demand a public administrative hearing by giving to the commission written notice of his exclusion or ejection within ten calendar days after its occurrence, exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, or legal holidays. Upon receipt of the notice of the aggrieved person, the commission shall call and hold a hearing at the next regular meeting of the commission which is held not sooner than fifteen days after receipt of such notice. If the aggrieved person requests an expedited hearing, the hearing shall be set not less than ten days after the receipt of the request for the expedited hearing, and if the commission does not hold the hearing within ten days, the aggrieved person may proceed with his other legal remedies as provided in this Chapter.
