§641. Parish One Cent Gasoline Fund; bonding In order to provide ready funds for the improvement of parish roads, as hereinafter provided, the governing authority of each parish of the state, subject to approval of the State Bond and Tax Board, may issue bonds, notes or certificates of indebtedness and pledge for their payment not to exceed one-half of the moneys accruing to the credit of the parish in and payable to the parish out of the Parish One Cent Gasoline Fund established and provided for by R.S. 47:727(B)(2).
