§516. Employment of counsel; fees
The employment of counsel by a governmental entity in conjunction with the
issuance of bonds under this Part, and the fees and compensation of such counsel shall be
subject to approval by the attorney general and shall not exceed the attorney general fee
schedule or other statutory limitations for fees and compensation.
