§1716. Contract controversies
Under a cooperative purchasing agreement, controversies arising between an
administering public procurement unit and its bidders, proposers, or contractors shall be
resolved in accordance with Part VI of this Chapter, where the administering public
procurement unit is a state public procurement unit or otherwise subject to Part VI.
