§1571. Centralization of procurement authority
Except as otherwise provided in this Subpart, all rights, powers, duties, and authority
relating to the procurement of supplies, services, and major repairs now vested in or
exercised by any state governmental body under the several statutes relating thereto are
hereby transferred to the central purchasing agency.
