§1566. Appointment of assistants and other employees; delegation of authority by the state chief procurement officer Subject to the provisions of the Article X, Section 7 of the Louisiana Constitution of 1974, the state chief procurement officer may employ and supervise such assistants and other persons as may be necessary and may delegate authority to such designees or to any governmental body as the state chief procurement officer may deem appropriate within the limitations of state law and the state procurement regulations.
