§1546. Coverage for road hazard liability
A.The state shall become self-insured for coverage of damages
resulting from the establishment, design, construction, existence, ownership,
maintenance, use, extension, improvement, repair, or regulation of any state
bridge, tunnel, dam, street, road, highway, or expressway. All such claims
shall be administered, controlled, and adjudicated in accordance with the
provisions of this Chapter.
B.REPEALED BY ACTS 1992, NO. 385, §3.
