Text
The provisions of this Chapter, relating to maximum interest rates and advertising for bids shall supersede:
(1)those provisions of the Louisiana Constitution of 1921 continued as statutes under the authority of Article XIV of the Louisiana Constitution of 1974; and (2) all other laws of the state of Louisiana relating to the issuance of securities by public entities.
