§ 39:1175 — Contest

For a period of thirty days after the promulgation of any resolution issuing the certificates of indebtedness as provided for in this Chapter, in whole or in part, any party in interest shall have the right of action in any court of competent jurisdiction to contest the correctness, the validity, and legality of the debts for which the certificates are issued, and also the issuance, the sale and the validity of the certificates of indebtedness, and the security pledged for the payment thereof. After thirty days no one shall have the right to enter a contest for any cause whatsoever.
