Text

A. Within sixty days after passage of the capital outlay bill, the governor shall cause to be prepared a revised five-year capital outlay program. The program so prepared shall reflect projects in the capital outlay act, and include all details of the financial plan for the ensuing year, as well as proposals for each of the next four years. The revised capital outlay program shall be sent to the Legislative Fiscal Office and copies made available to the public. B. The division of administration shall provide the legislature a written report as of September thirtieth of each fiscal year listing:

(1)Any projects authorized in the cash portion of the current fiscal year capital outlay act on which contracts for design or construction or both have not been signed by the division of administra
