La. Stat. Ann. § 39:1042 (2026).

Text

Bonds issued under the authority of this Part shall have all the qualities of negotiable paper and shall constitute negotiable instruments under the negotiable instruments law of the state. They shall not be invalid for any irregularity or defect in the proceedings for the issuance and sale thereof and shall be incontestable in the hands of bona fide purchasers or registered owners for value. {{NOTE: SEE ACTS 1985, NO. 674, §§14 - 17.}}
