§100.47. Duties of the legislative auditor
For purposes of this Subpart, the legislative auditor is hereby authorized to review
all applications for compliance with the provisions of the programs established in this
Subpart. The treasurer's office and the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and
Emergency Preparedness shall be responsible for providing the legislative auditor all claims
and necessary documentation to carry out his reviews. The legislative auditor shall report
any findings to the Legislative Audit Advisory Council and the Joint Legislative Committee
on the Budget.
