§100.46. Changes in federal legislation
If federal legislation is introduced and enacted which authorizes federal disaster funds
to be used for revenue loss, the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget is authorized to
transfer any remaining funds to the Coronavirus Local Recovery Allocation Fund for
disbursement.
