§3325. Officers; vacancies; compensation
A.The commissioners shall elect from their membership a chairman, a vice
chairman, and a secretary-treasurer. The duties of the officers shall be fixed by the bylaws
adopted by the board.
B.Any vacancy which occurs in the membership of the board shall be filled in the
same manner as required for the member being replaced.
C.The commissioners shall serve without compensation, except per diem or expense
reimbursement to which they may be individually entitled as members of their constituent
organizations.
D.All commissioners shall be subject to the Code of Governmental Ethics.
