§3072. District; creation
There is hereby created the Capital Area Groundwater Conservation District,
hereinafter called "district," which shall be composed of the parishes of Ascension, East
Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Pointe Coupee, West Baton Rouge, and West Feliciana.
