§2336. Contesting validity; limitation
The board of commissioners may provide that the resolution authorizing the issuance of any bonds hereunder or any resolution adopted for the purpose of authorizing the execution of any lease or contract of the Authority may be published one time after the adoption thereof in a newspaper having general circulation in the area under the jurisdiction of the Authority. For a period of thirty days from the date of such publication any person in interest may contest the legality of the bonds authorized in such resolution, the revenues and the security pledged to the payment thereof, and the legality of any mortgage authorized for the security of such bonds, or may contest the legality of any such lease or contract, after which time no one may contest the le
