§2257. "Louisiana firm" defined The term "Louisiana firm" shall be construed to mean any person or persons, partnership, company, association or corporation authorized to do and doing business under the laws of the State of Louisiana, paying all taxes duly assessed, having a bona fide residence in this state, owning or leasing a printing plant equipped with machinery and equipment capable of producing the work, office supply or stationery store maintaining an inventory therein with storage facilities and actually engaged in the printing, or office supply or stationery business in Louisiana.
