§1571. Transfer of property from drainage district to municipality; resolution of board of commissioners
Drainage districts organized under the laws of this state, the territorial limits of which drainage district lie wholly within the boundaries of any municipality, and all the bonded and other indebtedness of which has been paid and satisfied, may be liquidated and finally dissolved, and all the canals, works and property of the drainage district, and the control thereof, may be transferred to the municipality within which the drainage district lies, all by resolution of the board of commissioners of the district.
