§ 37:9 — Rules and regulations

§9. Rules and regulations The governor may prescribe such general administrative rules for the conduct of the affairs of the administrative departments, not inconsistent with law, as he thinks necessary or expedient. The director may prescribe such administrative rules, not inconsistent with this Chapter or with the general rules of the governor, as he thinks necessary or expedient for the proper conduct of the work of the department and for making effective the provisions of law.
