The board is authorized to adopt rules in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act to impose and collect fees which shall not exceed the following:
(1)Initial crematory retort operator license

(2)Annual renewal of crematory retort
operator license

(3)Initial crematory authority license

(4)Annual renewal of crematory authority license

(5)Inspection or reinspection for initial,
location, or ownership change of
