Text

A. Funeral establishments operating in the state shall affix, on a permanent-type material, the following information on all caskets used by such establishment for burial:

(1)The name of the deceased contained in the casket.
(2)The date of death of the deceased.
(3)The name of the funeral home. B. The board shall promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act in order to implement the provisions of this Section.
