§85. Single act evidence of practice Evidence of the commission of a single act prohibited by this Part or any rules or regulations adopted pursuant to this Part is sufficient to justify additional fees, assessment of reasonable costs, a penalty, fine, injunction, restraining order, or conviction without evidence of a general course of conduct.
