§56. Appeal A. An applicant may appeal a board's decision to a court of general jurisdiction. B. An applicant may appeal any of the following:
(1)The board's denial of an occupational license or certification.
(2)The board's determination of the occupation or certification.
(3)The board's determination of the similarity of the scope of practice of the
occupational license or certification issued.
