§ 37:3664 — Reporting requirements

§3664. Reporting requirements
The department shall report to the governor and to the House and Senate committees
on health and welfare no later than thirty days prior to the start of the regular legislative
session each year on the progress of the pilot program and shall provide a written report of
findings and recommendations upon termination of the program.
