§3663. Military medical personnel; pilot program A.

(1)The department, in collaboration with each state agency or professional or occupational licensing board or commission that regulates the practice of a healthcare profession, shall establish a pilot program in which military medical personnel may practice and perform certain delegated acts that constitute healthcare services under the supervision of a physician or podiatrist who holds an active, unrestricted license in Louisiana. The activities shall reflect the level of training and experience of the military medical personnel.
