§3477. Authorization to obtain criminal history record information
A.The board may require that the applicant, designated responsible party, and any
owners provide written consent to the board to request and obtain state and national criminal
history record information as a condition for consideration of the licensure application.
B.The board may charge and collect from the applicant, in addition to all other
applicable fees and costs, such amount as may be incurred by the board in requesting and
obtaining state and national criminal history record information.
C.The board shall provide each applicant with a copy of the written standards
specifying the requirements that shall be met by an applicant and the grounds on which a
license may be denied or revoked.
