§3470. Inspections
The board, or a representative of the board, may conduct inspections of distribution
and sales facilities during normal business hours upon receipt of an application for licensure.
The board may conduct inspections during normal business hours of facilities that appear to
be used by a distributor. The board may also conduct unannounced inspections of current
licensees at sufficient intervals to determine compliance with state and federal requirements
or when it considers it necessary. Upon inspection, a written report shall be submitted to the
board by the inspector. Applicants for licensure and licensees shall be notified in writing by
certified mail if any discrepancies are found, and a deadline shall be set by which such
discrepancies must be corrected.
