§3469. Qualifications and requirements for licensure
A.Every applicant for licensure as a distributor shall meet all qualifications and
requirements designated by the board in accordance with this Chapter and all applicable
requirements of federal law and regulation.
B.The application for licensure shall be made on a form provided by the board.
Each application shall be accompanied with the reasonable licensure fee prescribed by the
board. Each application form shall contain language that authorizes the board to obtain a
criminal history record on the applicant, designated responsible party, and any owners to
determine if the applicant, designated responsible party, or owners have ever been convicted
of a felony violation of federal or state law.
