§ 37:3396 — Applications

§3396. Applications A. Applications for examination, experience review, registration, licensure, and renewal shall be made on a form prescribed and in a manner required by the board. B. Appropriate fees, as set forth in R.S. 37:3407, shall accompany all applications for examination, experience review, and license renewal. C. Each applicant shall sign a pledge to comply with the standards set forth in this Chapter and shall state that he or she understands the types of misconduct for which disciplinary proceedings may be initiated against a state licensed real estate appraiser. D.
