A.Nothing in this Chapter shall prevent an interior designer registered pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter from associating with one or more interior designers, architects, professional engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, or other persons in a partnership, joint venture, or corporation.
B.A firm shall be permitted to use in its title the term interior designer and to be so identified on any sign, card, stationery, device, or other means of identification if at least one partner, director, officer, or other supervisory agent of such firm is registered as an interior designer in this state. A firm shall not be required to include the names of all partners, directors, or officers in its title. {{NOTE: See Section 3 of Act 227, of the 1984 R.S.}}
