§3173. State Board of Examiners of Interior Designers; creation; qualifications; appointment A.

(1)There is hereby created the State Board of Examiners of Interior Designers within the office of the governor consisting of seven members appointed by the governor from a list of names of qualified candidates submitted by the board as follows:
(a)Six members shall be registered interior designers.
(b)One member selected from the public at-large.
(2)Each appointment shall be submitted to the Senate for confirmation. B. Each member shall hold the following qualifications:
(1)Each registered interior designer member shall:
(a)Be an interior designer registered in the state whose registration is in good standing.
(b)Be a resident of the state.
(c)Possess a National Council for Interior Desi
