Each licensee shall furnish to the director, when requested, a copy of the contract entered into between the licensee and the individual. The licensee shall furnish the debtor with a copy of the written contract, which shall set forth the charges agreed upon for the services of the licensee. An individual may cancel the contract upon thirty days written notice to the licensee in which event the licensee shall be entitled to such charges as are provided in R.S. 37:2592. Each licensee hereunder shall maintain records and accounts which will enable any individual contracting with the licensee, at any reasonable time, to ascertain the amounts paid to creditors of the individual.
