§ 37:2358 — License; filing

Louisiana·Title 37 Professions and Occupations
The board shall issue a license signed by the chairman, vice chairman, and all members of the board whenever a candidate for licensure is found to be qualified as provided in this Chapter. A copy of such license, so certified by the vice chairman as a true copy, shall be filed in the office of the secretary of the state of Louisiana by the administrative assistant of the board. Any filing fees in connection with such filing shall be paid, in advance, to the administrative assistant of the board by the person being licensed. {{NOTE: SEE ACTS 1987, NO. 915, §3.}}
