Text

A member of any profession whose annual or renewal fees are remitted by the provisions of this Part shall promptly notify the state board, commission, department, or agency to which the fees would be due of the fact and date of his enlistment in any of the armed forces of the United States, and furnish additional information or evidence as may be reasonably necessary for the proper keeping of the records of the state board, commission, department, or agency. However, failure to give notice shall not make any annual or renewal fees remitted actually due or forfeit the right of such member to practice his profession in this state, but he shall submit at any time thereafter to the proper state board, commission, department, or agency satisfactory proof of the fact and duration of his enlistme
