Text

A. It shall be a misdemeanor for any individual:

(1)Not licensed under this Part to represent himself as a medical psychologist.
(2)Not licensed under this Part to engage in the practice of medical psychology.
(3)To represent himself as a medical psychologist during the time that his license as a medical psychologist shall be suspended or revoked or lapsed.
(4)To otherwise violate the provisions of this Part. B. Such misdemeanor shall be punishable upon conviction by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or both. Each violation shall be deemed a separate offense. C. Such misdemeanor shall be prosecuted by the district attorney of the judicial district in which the offense was committed in the nam
