A.At any time after the suspension or revocation of any such license, registration, certificate, permit, or any other designation deemed necessary to engage in the practice of pharmacy, the board may restore the license, registration, certificate, permit, or any other designation deemed necessary to engage in the practice of pharmacy to the accused person, but only at an official meeting of the board, after written notice, and by vote of a majority of the members of the board present and voting. If a license, registration, certificate, permit, or any other designation deemed necessary to engage in the practice of pharmacy is reinstated or reissued following previously applied sanctions relative to a violation of this Chapter, said reinstatement or reissuance shall have affixed thereto an
