A.Where the annual renewal fee required by R.S. 37:1056(1) is not paid on or before the first day of March, a delinquency fee of one hundred fifty dollars shall be imposed. Failure to pay the annual renewal fee and delinquency fee on or before the first day of July will provide a basis for the temporary suspension of a Louisiana optometry license. Payment of the license renewal fee made after the first day of July of each renewal year where the license has been suspended shall be accompanied by the one hundred fifty dollar delinquency fee, the one hundred fifty dollar reinstatement fee, as well as any costs or expenses, including attorney fees, which may be caused by the need for the institution of disciplinary proceedings, fines imposed in disciplinary proceedings, and all other applicab
