Text

A. Not later than thirty days after the governor appoints a person to any public office within the executive branch of state government or to any other public office which requires Senate confirmation, the governor shall provide the secretary of state and the Senate with the information described in Subsection C of this Section. B. Not later than thirty days after an authority other than the governor appoints a person to any public office which requires Senate confirmation, the authority shall provide the secretary of state and the Senate with the information described in Subsection C of this Section. C. The information to be provided to the secretary of state and to the Senate pursuant to Subsections A and B of this Section shall include the following:

(1)Name, home address, and telephon
