§478. Transfer of agencies and functions to Department of Children and Family Services The following agencies previously abolished by the Executive Reorganization Act and their powers, duties, functions, and responsibilities are transferred to the secretary of the Department of Children and Family Services and shall be exercised and performed as provided in R.S. 36:921 et seq.:
