§ 34:57 — Supplemental powers and authority

§57. Supplemental powers and authority
Nothing in this Subpart shall be construed to restrict or limit any powers granted to
the board under any other laws of this state. This Subpart shall be deemed supplemental,
conferring powers and authority in addition to those provided by any other general or special
law.
