§9097.42. Cross Gates Subdivision Crime Prevention and Neighborhood Improvement District

A.There is hereby created within the parish of East Baton Rouge, as more specifically provided in Subsection B of this Section, a body politic and corporate which shall be known as the Cross Gates Subdivision Crime Prevention and Neighborhood Improvement District, referred to in this Section as the "district". The district shall be a political subdivision of the state as defined in the Constitution of Louisiana.
B.The boundaries of the district shall include the area encompassed within the following streets: Cross Gate Drive, North Antioch Crossing, Antioch Crossing, Antioch Court, and Gateway Drive.
