§9091.9. Twinbrook Security District

A.Creation. There is hereby created within the parish of Orleans, as more specifically provided in Subsection B of this Section, a body politic and corporate which shall be known as the Twinbrook Security District, referred to in this Section as the "district". The district shall be a political subdivision of the state as defined in the Constitution of Louisiana.
B.Boundaries. The boundaries of the district shall be that area within the following perimeter: Jefferson Avenue (lower side only) to Danneel Street (both sides) to Valence Street (both sides) to Prytania Street (both sides) and back to the lower side of Jefferson Avenue. Those parcels on boundary streets that have municipal numbers outside of the district shall not be affected by the provis
