Text

A. Creation. The Grambling Legends Square Taxing District, a special taxing district and political subdivision of the state, referred to in this Section as the "district", is hereby created in the city of Grambling, parish of Lincoln. B. Boundaries. The district shall be comprised of the following described parcels or tracts of land located in the city of Grambling, referred to in this Section as the "property":

(1)A certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Parish of Lincoln, State of Louisiana more fully described as: Beginning at the Southwest (SW) corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4), Section Nineteen (19), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Three (3) West, and run East 1,320 feet to the
