§4781. Regulation of tourist camps; suppression by injunction
Police juries may pass ordinances providing for the regulation, supervision, and control of tourist courts or tourist camps and provide penalties of fine, imprisonment, or both, for violating the ordinances. Police juries may suppress tourist courts or tourist camps whenever they have evidence submitted that the tourist camps or tourist courts are being conducted in a disorderly manner or for immoral purposes. The procedure for suppression shall be by injunction brought for the purpose of prohibiting the continued operation of the camps or courts.
