§4534. Transfer of assets by the city of New Orleans The assignment, transfer, and delivery by the city of New Orleans by and through the public belt railroad commission, with the concurrence of the council of the city of New Orleans, of all of the rights of way, rails, tracks, locomotives, switch yards, and the Huey P.
