§ 33:4136 — New Orleans; validity of bonds; repealer; severability

Louisiana·Title 33 Municipalities and Parishes
No proceedings or approvals, not required by the provisions of said Sections, shall be necessary to the validity of any bonds issued thereunder. Any provision of the constitution or any law in conflict with the provisions of said Sections is hereby repealed. Should any provision be declared null and void, such declaration shall not affect the balance of this amendment. The city of New Orleans is further relieved of its obligation to make annual appropriations for the purpose of maintaining and operating its drainage system of the city of New Orleans and shall not be required to provide funds for maintaining and operating said drainage system.
