Text

A. As used in this Section, the following terms shall have the following meanings ascribed to them:

(1)"Bonds" means and includes bonds, notes, certificates, or other obligations for the repayment of borrowed money.
(2)"District" means the special taxing district authorized by this Section.
(3)"Hotel" means and includes any establishment, public or private, engaged in the business of furnishing or providing rooms and overnight camping facilities intended or designed for dwelling, lodging, or sleeping purposes to transient guests where such establishment consists of two or more guest rooms. "Hotel" shall not mean any hospital, convalescent or nursing home, sanitarium, or any facility operated by or in connection with a hospital or medical clinic providing rooms exclusively for patients a
