§140.50.34. Conflict with other laws
A.If regulations made pursuant to the authority of this Subpart require a greater
width or size of yards, courts, or other open spaces; or require a lower height of buildings or
fewer number of stories; or require a greater percentage of lot to be left unoccupied; or
impose other higher standards than are required in any other provision of state law, the
regulations made pursuant to the authority of this Subpart shall govern.
B.If any other provision of state law requires a greater width or size of yards, courts,
or other open spaces; or requires a greater percentage of lot to be left unoccupied; or imposes
other higher standards than are required by the regulations made pursuant to the authority of
