§140.50.22. Building permits
After the commission has recommended to the town council and the police jury and
the town council or police jury has adopted in whole or in part a building permit plan,
including both the full text of a building permit ordinance and the map or maps showing the
districts or zones in which building permits will be required, no building shall be erected in
those areas without first having secured the required building permit.
