§130.721. Terrebonne Economic Development Authority; governing board; budget A. The provisions of this Subpart shall be applicable to the Terrebonne Economic Development Authority. B.
(1)Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the economic development authority shall be governed by a board of thirteen commissioners.
(2)Any additional member required by this Subsection shall be appointed by the governing authority of the parish from a list of nominees submitted by civic, social, or business organizations deemed appropriate by the governing authority. Each additional member shall serve a three-year term.
(3)Any additional member required by this Subsection shall be a citizen of the United States and a qualified voter residing within the limits of the authority. However,
